Ngunikazi Concepts was born to fill a critical gap
Founded in 2020 in response to the urgent need for digital learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, Ngunikazi Concepts was born to fill a critical gap. Since then, we’ve grown into a dynamic leader in digital education and skills development, delivering high-impact training that empowers marginalized communities and drives economic inclusion.

Accredited Training (Credit bearing)
Learnerships and Short Skills Programmes
We offer QCTO and SETA-accredited learnerships and short skills programmes that are credit-bearing and aligned with the National Qualifications Framework (NQF). These programmes are developed to respond to South Africa’s skills shortages and the 4IR shift.

Non-Credit-Based Training – Customised to Client Needs
We design and implement custom non-credit-bearing training interventions that are agile, responsive, and impact-driven. These can be tailored to an organisation’s specific operational, technical, or people development needs.

Skills Development Facilitation (SDF Services)
As registered SDFs, we support organisations in managing their Skills Development compliance obligations and leveraging opportunities to claim skills development rebates.

Company Formation & Accreditation
Ngunikazi Concepts was officially founded by visionary entrepreneur Nokuthula Mchunu. Registered with CIPC and began the process of SETA and QCTO accreditation.
Developed our first pilot program on Digital Literacy for Township Youth.
First Accredited Training Programme Launched
Launched our first accredited learnership in Business Administration (NQF 4), in partnership with local government stakeholders.
Trained 60 unemployed youth in KwaZulu-Natal, with a 75% completion rate despite COVID-19 challenges.
Strategic Partnerships & Digital Expansion
Partnered with AWS (Amazon Web Services) Academy to deliver foundational cloud computing courses to underrepresented learners. Launched our custom Learning Management System (LMS), enabling blended and remote learning for over 500 users.
Enterprise & Youth Development Scale-Up
Rolled out a national Youth Digital Skills Accelerator, training over 800 learners across five provinces in e-commerce, digital marketing, and web design. Partnered with private sector companies to place learners in internships and workplace-based learning, 120+ job placements.
Recognition & Impact Growth
Officially registered as a B-BBEE Level 1 contributor, enabling greater collaboration with corporates on compliance and development goals. Recognized by a leading provincial development agency as a Top 10 Women-Led Enterprise in Youth Development.
Innovation & Systems Change
Launched our flagship “4IR for Her” Programme, aimed at equipping 1,000 young women with tech-forward skills and entrepreneurship opportunities.
Rolled out IoT and Robotics pilot workshops for Grade 11 and 12 learners in under-resourced schools.
